Separate company membership
Access to each company is checked against company membership and permissions. Team invitations and roles allow people to work under their own accounts rather than a shared sign-in.
Account protection
The application supports two-factor authentication and session controls. HTTPS protects connections in transit. Keep recovery codes private and review access when people leave the company.
Records and supporting documents
Accounting records preserve posting history and corrections. Transaction attachments are stored using Cloudflare object storage and are accessed through the authenticated application. The public website does not contain customer documents.
Backup and recovery
Database backups and restore verification are configured for the current service. A backup is not a substitute for your business records or an independent accounting export. Contact the team before relying on a particular recovery window.
Honest limits
No online service can guarantee that an incident will never occur. This page does not claim SOC 2 certification, ISO certification, independent security accreditation or FBR approval.
