Fictional reconciliation values. Rules, identifiers and filings must be reviewed by the company’s tax adviser; the product does not claim authority submission.
Keep tax tied to transactions
Record configured tax codes on invoices and supplier bills, and review tax schedules by code, counterparty, document and jurisdiction. Export schedules for reconciliation. Tax rates and effective dates should be maintained against published rules and reviewed by an accountant.
Track withholding as its own subledger
Configure local withholding categories and filer-status rates, party tax profiles, exemptions and authority payment references. Capture deductions and settlements separately from ordinary transaction tax.
Prepare a reviewable withholding return
Group return schedules by tax category, counterparty tax identifier, payment reference and tax period. Validation highlights missing identifiers, expired exemptions and unmatched payments before filing.
Preserve the reviewed position
Lock reviewed returns into immutable snapshots and record an authority acknowledgement reference. Filed deductions and payments cannot be reused in another return. This is a recordkeeping workflow, not a claim that Proper Axis submits a return to a tax authority.
