Information we handle
The app handles account details, company membership, company profile information, transaction records, uploaded documents and activity history. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message. Web infrastructure may record IP addresses, request times, browser details and security events.
Why the information is used
Information is used to provide company workspaces, record and report transactions, enforce access controls, support enquiries, maintain backups and investigate service or security problems. We do not publish your company records as marketing examples. Screenshots on this website use a separate fictional demo dataset.
Service infrastructure
The service uses hosted server infrastructure and Cloudflare for web delivery, security and document storage. These providers may process technical information and stored data as part of operating the service. This notice does not promise that all processing takes place in Pakistan.
Retention and requests
Records remain in the workspace while it is in use. Backup copies and technical logs may remain after a live record changes. Contact us about access, correction, export or deletion requests. We verify the requester and company authority before acting; applicable retention obligations and backup cycles may affect when removal can be completed.
Your responsibilities
Company administrators should invite only authorised people, assign suitable roles and avoid uploading information the company is not entitled to process. Do not include sensitive information in an ordinary support email unless it is needed and an appropriate transfer method has been agreed.
